Richard Mattiaccio has advocacy experience in a diverse range of cases encompassing disputes arising from technology sharing, supply and distribution agreements, licensing agreements, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), partner and shareholder relationships, unfair competition claims, financial and banking services, hedge fund governance and investments, trademark infringement, executive compensation, and professional partnership.
Richard has represented clients in various industries such as aerospace, automotive, aviation, energy (including oil & gas, solar, and wind), industrial and consumer products, logistics, manufacturing (including outsourcing), medical equipment/devices, professional services, fashion and apparel, and specialty foods and beverages.

Richard has presided as arbitrator over 100 cases administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), including commercial and complex matters, as well as international commercial cases administered by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR). He has handled non-administered arbitrations through the CPR Institute and purely ad hoc arbitration proceedings. He has served as a party-appointed and institutionally appointed arbitrator in ICC Rules cases. He has served as a trained mediator in various settings, including ad hoc mediation and ICDR cross-border mediation.
